Ecopro 용존 공기 부상 장치는 하수 처리에서 그리스 및 부유 입자를 효과적으로 제거하기 위해 지속적으로 작동할 수 있습니다.
폐수 처리를 위한 DAF 시스템 및 용존 공기 부상
용존 공기 부상은 오일 또는 고형물과 같은 부유 물질을 제거하여 폐수(또는 기타 물)를 정화하는 수처리 공정입니다.
제거는 압력 하에서 물 또는 폐수에 공기를 용해시킨 다음 부상 탱크 분지에서 대기압으로 공기를 방출하여 수행됩니다. 방출된 공기는 부유 물질에 부착되어 부유 물질이 물 표면으로 떠오르게 하는 작은 기포를 형성하며, 여기서 스키밍 장치로 제거할 수 있습니다.
DAF 시스템 작업 프로세스
폐수는 리프트 펌프를 통해 균등화 탱크에서 RT1(응고 반응 탱크) 및 RT2(응집 반응 탱크)로 들어가 PAC로 응고되고 (PAM)으로 응집되어 각각 플록을 형성합니다.
그런 다음 폐수와 용존수는 DAF 탱크의 반응 구역으로 들어가 미세 기포와 플록이 혼합되어 고체 입자를 형성하고, 밀도가 물보다 낮아 DAF 탱크 표면으로 떠오릅니다.
부력의 작용으로 슬러지가 슬래그 탱크로 긁어 모입니다. 깨끗한 물은 물 수집 파이프를 통해 수집 탱크로 수집되고 외부 물의 대부분이 배출(또는 다음 공정으로)되고 소량의 물이 재순환되어 용존수를 형성합니다.
